经验、生活、改革:杜威教育思想对中国教师教育的启示

摘　　要：处于变革时期的中国教师教育具有鲜明的时代特征,其主要表现在专业性、终身性和开放性等三个方面。杜威的"教育即生活"、"教育即生长"、"教育即经验的不断改造和重组"及其教育改革理论对中国教师教育在经验、生活、改革理论等方面都具有重要的启迪作用,这些启迪在中国教师教育的时代特征上都有所映射。Chinese teacher education under tire period of reform shows the characters： professionalized, life- long and opened and so on. Dewey＇s educational thought, including ＂education is life, education is growth, education is the experience of transformation and reconstruction＂, and his educational reform theory have profound edification on Chinese teacher education in their experience, life, reform theory, which is reflected in the time characteristics of Chinese teacher education.
