摘 要:师德发展的历史和经验均证明,师德发展需要兼顾底线要求和高层次需要,师德体系需要平衡“崇高”与“底线”两个价值层面。目前,人们对“崇高师德与底线师德应当合理共存”这一观点已达成基本共识,同时也在实践工作中有意识地自觉兼顾师德崇高性和底线师德两个方面。但人们在对师德崇高性和底线师德的现实动态把握中遇到了新的状况,这需要人们做出审时度势的分析和决策,以更好地推进当代中国师德的建设与发展。The history and experience of the development of teachers' morality prove that both the bottom-line and the higher-level demands should be included into the development of teachers' morality; the sublime nature and the bottom-line nature should be balanced in teachers' morality system. Nowadays, it comes to an agreement that the sublime and the bottom-line morality of teachers should co-exist reasonably. And also, the idea is being consciously put into practice. However, new issues arise when treating sublime and bottom-line nature of teachers' morality, which calls for prudent analysis and decision-making considering the situation. Only by doing these can we advance the construction and development of teachers' morality in China.
