摘　　要：提出一种新的修正不完全LU分解,证明在严格对角占优M阵和对角元为正的严格对角占优阵下,该分解不仅能够进行下去,而且分解所得的矩阵U为非奇异阵。Abstraet：A new kind of modified incomplete decomposition is presented. It proved that, in the strictly diagonally dominant matrices and the strictly diagonally dominant matrices which diagonal elements are plus, the decomposition can be carried on and the matrix obtains from the decomposition are a non singular matrix.
