金华市小学英语师资现状调查及分析

摘　　要：本研究抽样调查了金华市小学英语教师的现状。结合问卷和访谈,从基本情况、教学实践、教科研情况和业务进修四个方面来展开调查,结果显示近几年金华小学英语师资情况有喜有忧。基于此,文章最后提出了一些建议。The report investigates into the qualities of the primary school English teachers （PSETS） in Jinhua. Based on a questionnaire and some interviews with individual teachers, it focuses on four aspects （General facts, Teaching practice, Research practice and Career development） to reveal the present situation of PSETS. Through the results of the investigation, we get some encouraging and worrying facts. In hope of improving these, the article finally proposes several suggestions.
