摘 要:比较了6种大孔吸附树脂对酪蛋白酶解物的吸附特性。结果表明,DA201-C大孔吸附树脂较适合酪蛋白酶解物的分离,其对酪蛋白酶解物的动态吸附条件为:样品浓度:10mg/mL;洗脱剂:50%乙醇溶液;洗脱剂流速:1.5BV/h。6 types of macroporous adsorption resin were investigated by comparing their adsorption performances for the hydrolysate of casein. DA201- C resin was selected by comparing the properties of adsorption and desorption of 6 candidated macroporous adsorption resins. The dynamic adsorption conditions were determined as follows:the sample concentration was 10mg/mL, the concentration of eluant was 50% ethanol solution, the velocity of eluant was 1.5BV/h.
