摘  要:在研究对产纳豆激酶的细菌进行筛选基础上,通过体外血凝块溶解实验、抗血凝实验和红细胞溶血实验,对不同菌株、不同酶活的纳豆激酶的溶栓、抗凝及溶血效果进行初步研究。研究结果显示:不同菌株纳豆激酶的体外溶栓和抗凝效果有很大差异;纳豆激酶酶活性对抗凝、溶栓和溶血效果有很大影响;与同等剂量的尿激酶相比,筛选出的自4、肽园等菌株所产纳豆激酶具有更强的抗凝和溶栓效果,而且安全性好,可望成为一种优良的新型溶栓制剂。In this study, we seperated 25 strains with nattokinase (NK) activity from the soybean fermentation diets with the protein-fibre plates method and 8 strains were selected for further detection. Then we compared the in vitro anticoagulantion effects, blood clot thrombolysis effects and the redcell hemolysis actions of crude nattokinases from different strains with different nattokinase concentrations. The results showed that nattokinases from different strains have different thrombolysis, anticoagulantion and hemolysis effects; The high, middle and low dosage NK of zi 4 and taiyuan strains could prolong remarkedly the coagulantion time of the rabbit blood, and reduce significantly the clot weight in vitro and increase the thrombolysis effect. It indicated that NK has a strong fibrinolytic activity than Urokinase (UK) at the same dosage.it indicated that NK has a strong thrombolytic action in vitro, and its effects were superior to UK at the same dosage. In short, Nattokinase has very strong thrombolytic effects, and action time persist long. So NK was expected to be a new and ideal thrombolytic medicine.
