摘　　要：当前,我国的工程硕士教育(全称为工程硕士专业学位教育)已发展到相当的程度和规模。从长远的观点看,企业是技术创新的主体;企业的技术创新是一个国家经济增长的基础,也是一个国家经济实力的根基。因此,具体分析工程硕士教育的特点及其对企业技术自主创新能力的影响和作用,就具有突出的理论及实际意义。Presently, our country＇s project master educates （full title for project master specialized degree education） to develop the suitable degree and the scale. Looking from the long - term viewpoint that, the enterprise is the technological innovation main body; Enterprise＇s technological innovation is a foundation which a state economy strength foundation. Therefore , specifically analyzes the characteristic and to the enterprise technology independent innovation ability influence and the function which project master educates, has the prominent theory and the practical significance.
