摘　　要："春夏养阳,秋冬养阴"语出《素问·四气调神大论篇》,是《内经》养生理论的基本原则。历代医家见解不一,观点各异,使后学者无所适从。笔者认为,不能局限于临床用药来理解"养阳,养阴",而应从调整阳气的生长和收藏状态来理解,这才符合原文要旨。Supporting Yang in spring and summer, supporting Yin in autumn and winter came from Suwen Siqi Tiaoshen Dalun. It＇s basic principle of health cultivation theory in Neijing. Doctors of past dynasties had different opinion and view, scholars subsequent didn＇t know whose suggestion to follow. The writer considered that supporting Yang and supporting Yin couldn＇t be limited in clinical medication, but should comprehend from growth and collection of fitting yangqi.
