摘　　要：实现素质教育是构筑21世纪高等职业教育的关键性原理。高等职业教育要适应世界教育潮流,职业人格的培养不容忽视。而突出职业道德和法律素质的培养又是在新的历史条件下办好高等职业教育的一个重要课题。Quality Education is the key point of the college vocational education in 21th century . The college vocational education is going to meet the need of the world education trend, and the voca. tional personality education should not be ignored . The vocational moral education has became a important problem that the new social environment has asked for.
