摘  要:"中职硕士"是为中等职业学校的教师在职攻读硕士学位而设置的一种新型的职业型学位,旨在培养中等职业学校高层次"双师型"教师。缄默知识是"只可意会,不可言传"的知识。"中职硕士"习得缄默知识的途径主要有现代师徒制、行动学习法、网络博客(Blog)式;其教学改革路径为教学目标岗位化,教学过程情景化,教学手段现代化,教学评价多样化。The master for secondary vocational schools (short for MA for SVS) is a new type of vocational degree for secondary vocational school teachers taking Ex-ecative master degree. It aims at the cultivation of dual-functional teachers in secondary vocational schools. Tacit knowledge is the knowledge that can only be understood but can not be spread by words. Main pipelines to acquire tacit knowledge for "MA for SVS" are modern master-prentice pattern, action learning and net blog. Counter-measures to the teaching reform are definitization of teaching aims, contextualization of teaching process, modernization of teaching technology and multiplication of teaching assessment.
