摘　　要：用尿素包合法（脲包法）对大连鱼油中的ＥＰＡ和ＤＨＡ进行富集，得到较佳操作条件为温度０℃，脲酯比１３，鱼油甲酯为脲包客体，以甲醇作溶剂。Eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)in Dalian fish oil were enriched by urea inclusion.Reacition parameters such as temperature,mole ratios of urea to fatty acid esters,varieties of adduct guests and solvents were investigated.The optimum conditions were given and the concentrate of (EPA+DHA)in purity over 60% were obtained with the yield of 90%.
