摘　　要：用有限元方法分析Stokes问题难点在于单元必须满足离散的Babuska-Brezzi条件,在文中构造了一个非协调矩形有限元,证明该元对Stokes问题满足离散B-B条件,并且对速度和压力具有二阶收敛性。The main difficulty in the analysis for the Stokes problem is to prove that the discrete B-B condition is valid. In this paper,a nonconforming rectangular finite element is presented,which satisfies the discrete B-B condition for the Stokes problem and has two order convergence rate for the velocity and pressure.
