摘　　要：利用正规锥的性质和压缩原理,构造了一组迭代序列,从而得到了一类非单调算子的不动点定理.Made up a group iterative sequence by using the normal cone and compressible principle, and given the fixed point theorem for a class of non-monotone operators.
