摘  要:采用单次单因子法和响应面法系统考察了灰白翅孢壳(Emericdlopsis pallida)在不同碳源、氮源、辅助碳源条件下产胞外多糖的情况。以单次单因子法得出的变化规律做预备条件,响应面法综合考虑所有影响因素,研究灰白翅孢壳产胞外多糖的情况。结果表明:当蔗糖为59.5g/L,稻草浸汁为20g/L,氯化铵为2g/L时,温度22-26℃,180r/min摇瓶发酵96h时,胞外多糖产率最大,可达1.5g/L。One factor at a time and response surface method were applied for optimal producing extracellular polysaccharide of Emericellopsis pallida among different hydrocarbons, nitrogenous and auxiliaries, The results obtained from one factor at a time were as preparative condition and systematic analysis of response surface method were used to study extracellular polysaccharide. It was showed that the maximum yield of extracellular polysaccharide was 1.5g/L, with saccharose 59.5g/L straw juice 20g/L and NH4Cl 2g/L, fermentation temperature were 22-26℃, time was 96h and rotate speed was 180r/min.
