摘  要:应用传质双膜理论探讨了二碳饱充过程吸收CO2的宏观动力学特征。二碳饱充过程是复杂的化学吸收,其核心反应是不可逆瞬间反应。实验研究表明,饱充温度对吸收速率没有影响,窑气浓度与反应速率成正比。在反应1min前吸收过程是双膜控制,其后主要是扩散过程控制。Based on the two-film theory of mass transfer, the dynamics character of carbon dioxide absorption in second carbonation was studied. The second carbonation was a complicated course of chemical absorption and the core of it was an instantly irreversible reaction. Experiment results showed that temperature make no difference on absorption velocity and the gas absorption rate increased with increasing the concentration of carbon dioxide. The absorption reaction become two-film controlling in fore one minute and was diffuse controlling thereafter.
