摘　　要：教师知识管理是指籍以运用知识管理的理论与技术,并辅之于学习型组织理论与信息技术,对有关教师的显性和隐性知识进行管理,促进教师教学效能的提升、专业与素质的发展,进而提升整个学校组织的竞争力。Teachers＇ knowledge management refers to the management of teachers＇ dominant and recessive knowledge, by means of management theory and technology, with supplementary theory of learning-orientation organization and information technology to improve teachers＇ teaching efficiency, the development of profession and quality and further promote whole instituters competitive capacity.
