摘　　要：本文在分析我国高职产学合作教育的现状及为何难以开展的基础上,分析了校企之间客观存在的若干差异性,并对开拓产学合作教育提出了具体看法。The article analyzes the reasons why the cooperation between industry and university in higher vocational education is hard to implement and illustrates the disparities between enterprises and colleges. It also offers the suggestions to further reform.
