摘　　要：建构主义作为一种全新的认知理论,为翻译人才的培养提供了新的理论基础。在建构主义视阈下,合格翻译人才的培养应做好几个方面的工作:以市场为导向;以译者翻译伦理培养为重点;以学生为中心;以培养非文学翻译人才为突破口。As a completely new cognitive theory, constructionism provides the cultivation of qualified translators with a new theoretical basis. Based on the theory of constructionism, the cultivation of qualified translators should follow these principles： taking the market as a guide, attaching great importance to the cultivation of translators＇ ethics, adopting students-centred teaching and making a breakthrough by cultivating non-literary translators.
