摘  要:采用自编问卷,对772名中小学校长和教师进行了调查,了解当前中国内地中小学课程决定的基本情况。结果表明,校长、教师具有一定的课程意识,但课程事务还没有成为校长的重要工作之一,课程决定的意识尚不明确。校长、副校长、教导主任、年级组长、教研组长、教师以及学生、家长和社区等都参与了学校的课程决定,但校长和教导主任是学校课程决定的主导者,教师有参与的积极性,但参与的机会不多,参与的程度不深。After having surveyed 772 principals and teachers by self-designed questionnaire, we find out the general situation of the curriculum decision making in primary and secondary schools in the inland of China. Some conclusions are drawn in this study: (1) principals have curriculum consciousness to some extent, but curriculum affairs still haven't become their main task, and the consciousness of curriculum decision-making is still ambiguous; (2) different persons such as principals, teaching directors, grade directors, directors of teaching and research group, vice-principals, teachers, students, parents and community all participate in school's curriculum decision-making; (3) principals and teaching directors are actual leaders in school's curriculum decision-making, and teachers also have participation enthusiasm, but their participation opportunities are so little and their participation are superficial.
