摘　　要：采用自编问卷，对772名中小学校长和教师进行了调查，了解当前中国内地中小学课程决定的基本情况。结果表明，校长、教师具有一定的课程意识，但课程事务还没有成为校长的重要工作之一，课程决定的意识尚不明确。校长、副校长、教导主任、年级组长、教研组长、教师以及学生、家长和社区等都参与了学校的课程决定，但校长和教导主任是学校课程决定的主导者，教师有参与的积极性，但参与的机会不多，参与的程度不深。After having surveyed 772 principals and teachers by self-designed questionnaire, we find out the general situation of the curriculum decision making in primary and secondary schools in the inland of China. Some conclusions are drawn in this study： （1） principals have curriculum consciousness to some extent, but curriculum affairs still haven＇t become their main task, and the consciousness of curriculum decision-making is still ambiguous; （2） different persons such as principals, teaching directors, grade directors, directors of teaching and research group, vice-principals, teachers, students, parents and community all participate in school＇s curriculum decision-making; （3） principals and teaching directors are actual leaders in school＇s curriculum decision-making, and teachers also have participation enthusiasm, but their participation opportunities are so little and their participation are superficial.
