摘  要:教育生态学自20世纪70年代在美国诞生以来,发展十分迅速。近年来,我国对教育生态学的关注也越来越多,但对教育生态系统中的重要生态因子——教师的生态学研究却没有引起足够的重视。从教育生态学的角度分析当前教师专业意识中存在的问题,进而促使教师强化合作意识、发展意识、批判意识及学生意识等,有助于教师专业意识的觉醒。Educational ecology has been developing rapidly since its establishment in America in the 1970s. In recent years, educational ecology has received increasing attention in China, yet an important ecological factor in the system of educational ecology-teachers-has not been paid enough attention. This paper makes an analysis of the exisring problems in teachers' career consciousness and suggests that teachers should sharpen the sense of cooperation, development, criticism and students.
