摘  要:莱钢烧结厂针对岗位技能工资制存在的标准低、工资导向作用难以体现等缺陷,为企业发展的需要,实行了以岗效工资制为基础、加大绩效考核权重的一种结构制薪酬体系。具体做法是通过基础性工作及划分相近工种确定岗位工资并做好绩效工资的考核。该薪酬体系薪资结构合理,留住了人才,调动了员工的生产积极性,充分发挥了薪酬激励作用。Aiming at the defects in job skills wage system such as the low wage standard, the difficulty to make wage guiding role fully realize etc, in order to meet the needs of enterprise development, the Sintering plant of Laiwu steel carried out a structure salary system which based on post benefit wage system and increased the weight of performance appraisal. This salary system opened the income gap effectively, attracted and retained person with ability, mobilize the staff's enthusiasm and played a good function of salary motivation.
