摘　　要：英汉思维模式的差异给中国学生的英语写作带来了困难。在分析英汉文化思维模式差异对中国学生的英语语篇结构影响的基础上,通过调查发现EFL学生作文的篇章主题和发展模式受汉语思维模式影响较大,提出英语写作教学中教师应注重培养学生的英语文化思维能力。The discrepancies between English and Chinese modes of thinking give rise to difficulties for Chinese students＇ English writing. Based on the analysis of the impact of Chinese and English modes of thinking on respective written discourse, it is found, through an investigation, that the Chinese modes of thinking have greatly influence on Chinese EFL students＇ writing in two aspects, thesis statement and the development of discourse. Therefore, the proposal is put forward that college English teachers should focus on the training of the students＇ ability of thinking in English in teaching practice.
