摘　　要：高校成人教育主要由成人学历教育和成人非学历教育构成。高校成人学历教育生源下降问题是建邺社区发展学院个案研究的动因。研究启示我们,开辟新的生源渠道,提高非学历教育的比例是高校成人教育持续发展的方向之一。University adult education mainly consists of adult diploma education and adult non - diploma education. The reason for the Case study of Jianye Community Development Institute is the drop of the source of adult students in the university. The research enlightens us that opening the new fresh channel and increasing the proportion of the non - diploma education as well is one of the directions of sustainable development of university adult education.
