摘 要:试验采用64只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、普洱茶低剂量组、普洱茶中剂量和高剂量组,每组16只,分别饮用纯净水、0.5,2和4 g/(kg BW)的普洱茶茶汤。进行8周的饲养试验,在第28 d和第56 d每组分别屠宰8只,测定饲料、血浆、骨骼和粪中钙、磷含量,并计算钙、磷的表观消化率,研究普洱茶对大鼠钙磷吸收利用的影响。试验结果为:第28 d,中剂量组骨中钙含量显著高于对照组和低剂量组(P<0.05),高、低剂量组骨磷的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。第56 d,在血钙含量、日粮中钙的表观消化率的比较中,低、中剂量组显著低于普洱茶高剂量组和对照组(P<0.05);在骨钙、磷的比较中,低剂量组显著高于高剂量组和对照组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明饮用中、低剂量普洱茶可增加日粮钙的排出,使日粮中钙的表观消化率降低,从而使日粮钙的吸收利用减少,增加骨钙的含量,饮用普洱茶不会导致骨钙流失。64 male SD rats were undertaken in feeding and metabolisable trial to investigate the influence of the pu'er tea on the calcium and phosphorus metabolism. The rats were randomly and evenly divided into 4 groups. One groups was offered water without pu'er tea as the control group, the other groups were offered different concentrations of pu'er tea, which were 0. 5 g/(kg BW) as low concentration group, 2 g/(kg BW) as medium concentration group and 4/(kg BW) as high concentration group respectively. Total experimental period was 8 weeks. On the 28^th day and 56^th day, the blood samples were collected and 8 rats of each group were slaughtered to analyze the concentrations of blood calcium and phosphorus and the deposited calcium and phosphorus in bone. It was shown that on the 28th day, the bone calcium content in the medium concentration groups was significantly higher than the low concentration group and the control ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the bone phosphorus content in the high and low concentration groups was significantly lower than the control (P 〈 0. 05). On the 56th day, the blood calcium content and utilization efficiency of dietary calcium of rats in the low and medium concentration groups were significantly lower than the high concentration group and the control (P 〈 0. 05) ; the bone calcium and phosphorus contents in the low concentration group were higher than the high concentration group and the control (P 〈 0. 05). It was concluded that the low and medium concentration pu'er tea significantly increased the excretion of calcium in feaces and decreased the plasma calcium concentration so as to decrease the utilization efficiency of dietary calcium and increase the bone calcium content. Therefore, drinking pu'er tea does not result in the loss of bone calcium.
