摘　　要：永州职业技术学院充分发挥中央财政支持建设护理实训基地的优势,通过培养、引进、特聘等措施优化师资队伍结构和质量,建立网络化立体教学模式,完善管理制度,为实训基地深入开展教学改革创造了条件。在此基础上,学校着眼于护理教育模式创新、实践教学体系创新和考核方法创新,强调建立现代护理观,体现职业教育特色,强化专业技能和做好服务,形成了一套较为完善的护理实践教学方案。Fully taking advantages of central finance supporting the building of nursing training base, Yongzhou vocational and technical college has optimized the structure and quality of teachers through training, introducing and especially employing excellent teachers, built networks of three-dimension teaching model, improved management system and created conditions for deepening the reform of teaching in terms of hardware. Based on the above, the college focused on nursing education model innovation, practice teaching system innovation and assessment methods innovation; stressed to establish a modern nursing concept, embody characteristics of vocational education, strengthen professional skills and good service; and formed a suit of perfect nursing practice teaching program.
