摘　　要：本文从教育评价范式的基本特征入手,分析现行医学生临床能力评价范式的优势与缺陷,提出临床能力评价范式的科学选择,应是实证范式与人文范式的整合。This article from the evaluation paradigm start with the basic features, analysis of existing clinical competence of medical students to evaluate the strengths and shortcomings paradigm, to evaluate the clinical competence of the paradigm scientific choice, should he a positive paradigm and the humanities paradigm of integration.
