摘  要:我国传统医学和现代医学都证实,苦荞麦具有减肥美容,降血糖、降血脂、降血压,舒肝和胃的功效,具有很高的食用价值和药用价值,长期食用能增强人体免疫力,预防心血管疾病,抗菌消炎,防癌抗氧化。苦荞麦是集"营养、保健、医疗"于一体的天然功能食品。Both Chinese traditional medicine and modern medical science has proved that the bitter buckwheat has the effect like lose your weight, make your blood sugar or blood fat or blood pressure lower and make your hepatic and stomach more comfortable. The hitter buckwheat has a very high value as the food or the medicine. Eat over a long period of time can strengthen the body's immunization, safeguard the disease of cardiovascular. The bitter buckwheat can also anti-virus and eliminate the inflammation. It is the natural function food, include the function of nutrition, healthy care and medical treatment.
