摘　　要：抗性淀粉是不被健康人体小肠所吸收的淀粉及其降解物,它在血糖、血脂以及肠道代谢中发挥了积极的健康促进作用。本文就近年来抗性淀粉生理功能的研究进展进行综述。Resistant starch is defined as the sum of starch and products of starch degradation not absorbed in the small intestine of healthy individuals.It has healthy effect on blood glucose,blood lipid and intestinal metabolism.This article introduces the advances on the physiological function of resistant starch in recent years.
