摘 要:本项研究的目的是通过测定叶黄素和叶黄素酯在大鼠体内的排泄率来比较二者的生物接近度(Bio-accessibility)。在实验中,首先从万寿菊干花颗粒中制备叶黄素和叶黄素酯,随后分别灌胃到雄性SD大鼠中,用紫外-可见光分光光度法测定大鼠24小时内粪便中二者的排泄率。实验结果表明:叶黄素的排泄率较叶黄素酯高。根据这一结果,可以判断叶黄素酯的生物接近度较叶黄素高。The comparison of bio-accessibility between lutein and its esters by their excretion assessment on the rats was described. Lutein and its esters were prepared from the dried pellets of marigold flower and then gave to the male SD rats by gastric administration. The excretion of the two was assessed in 24 hours by UV-VIS. It was observed that the excreted amount of lutein was higher than that of lutein esters suggesting that the bio-accessibility of lutein esters was greater than that of lutein.
