摘　　要：GC-MS法排除了国标气相色谱法分析黄酒中甜蜜素的假阳性，采用气质联用法测定黄酒中甜蜜素，方法快速准确、灵敏度高，方法的线性范围是2-80mg/L，最低检出限为1mg/L，回收率为85%-100%。A method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in Chinese rice wine by GC - MS was developed. Compared with the national standard method, this method eliminates the false positive result and was fast, accurate and high sensitive. The linearity range was 2 -80mg/L, the minimum detectable value was lmg/L, and recovery rate was 85% - 100%.
