摘 要:采用氯化银比浊法直接测定啤酒中微量的氯离子,研究了测量波长、稳定时间、酸度、稳定剂对结果的影响。最佳实验条件为:检测波长440nm,线性范围0~6μg/mL,方法检测限为0.032μg/mL。该法测定啤酒中不同浓度微量氯离子的相对标准偏差小于0.5%,加标回收率为97.7%~101.3%。结果表明,该法准确、快速、简便,其它的常见离子无干扰,适用于啤酒厂的日常检测。A chemical analysis method for chlorine ion content in brewing water and beer by turbidimetry was studied. It was researched that the effects of measuring wavelength, acidity, stabilizer, stabilized time on the measured absorbance. The optimal analysis conditions were as follows. The determination wavelength was 440nm. The linear range was 0-6μg/mL and the detection limit was 0.032μg/mL. The relative standard deviation was less than 0.5%. The recoveries were 97.7%-101.3%. This method was rapid, accurate and simple. It can be used for the chlorine ion content determination in routine analysis.
