摘　　要：苦菜是一种药食同源的植物,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤等保健功效,可以以多种形式进行利用。本文介绍了苦菜的营养成分、保健功效及其开发利用的现状。Sonchus oleraceus L. can be used both as medicine and food. It has the sanitarian function of anti-oxidation and antineoplastic. It can be used in man.y forms. This paper reviewed the nutrient, sanitarian function and research and development situation.
