摘　　要：通过调查发现,上海中小学在实施研究型课程过程中面临课时不足、教师指导能力不强、学生积极性不高等困境,其原因来自于当前应试观念影响深入、研究型课程管理存在不完善等多方面。要突破这些困境,需要我们从舆论导向、制度管理、教师队伍建设等方面采取有力措施。Through investigation the paper points out that dilemma, such as ＂ the insufficient teaching hours, incompetent teachers and the missing of students＇ learning interest＂, exist in the process of carrying out research-based curriculum in primary and middle schools of Shanghai. Analyzing the phenomena, we find the reasons are： the current exam-oriented concept is pervasive; the management of research-based curriculum is imperfect and others. In order to get out of these problems, we need take some effective measures： change public＇s traditional opinion, strengthen curriculum management system, and build the teaching staff and so on.
