摘　　要：本文就水产品冷链物流的定义、特点和目前我国实施水产品冷链物流发展规划存在的主要问题及对策作了阐述,建议加快形成冷链物流龙头企业等六项机制。The paper presents definition of aquatic products cold chain logistics, the current characteristics of China＇ s aquatic products cold chain logistics development planning and the main issues to discuss speed up the formation of cold - chain logistics mechanisms leading enterprises and other six mechanisms.
