摘  要:本文分析了缄默知识的含义及其对医学生职业能力培养的影响,指出缄默知识是医学生职业能力的重要组成部分,应当通过向医学生讲授缄默知识的含义及意义,帮助医学生外显化有关的缄默知识并使其学习和丰富自身的缄默知识,从而促进医学生职业能力的提高。In this paper tacit knowledge and its 'affection to medical students' vocational ability cultivation were analyzed. Tacit knowledge was the important component of medical students' vocational ability. Medical educators should try to help medical students to understand the meanings and importance of tacit knowledge, expose relevant tacit knowledge, learn and enrich their own tacit knowledge so as to improve students' vocational ability.
