摘  要:对生物技术大实验进行了教学改革,实行模块式课程体系,为学生构建清晰的理论专业知识和实验操作框架,使学生认识每个独立实验在整个实验过程中所处的地位和作用。实践证明该项措施可以加深学生对专业知识的掌握,培养具有创造性思维和开拓精神的科研人才,激发学生的实验兴趣,有利于掌握正确的科研思维和实验技能。Experiment teaching is an important approach to training students' basic scientific skills and cultivating their creative ability. The authors have carried out a teaching reform in biotechnological experiment course by establishing the modular course system through many years' exploration and practice. They have constructed clear theoretical knowledge and experimental operation frame which enable students to realize the position and function of every independent experiment. The practice shows that such measures can deepen the mastering of professional knowledge for students, cultivate the scientific research talent with creative thinking and development spirit, and arouse student's interest to do experiment. It is beneficial for students to master the correct scientific research thought and experimental skills.
