摘 要:以五倍子为原料,采用索氏法提取五倍子油,通过化学方法测定五倍子油常规理化性质,并用气相色谱仪分析五倍子油脂肪酸组成。试验结果表明,五倍子油索氏提取得率为0.72%;经气相色谱分析,五倍子油含有8种脂肪酸组分:月桂酸37.4%、肉豆蔻酸23.3%、棕榈酸13.9%、亚油酸13.9%、亚麻酸4.4%、油酸3.9%、硬脂酸2.2%,表明五倍子油是一种良好药用植物油。Galla chinensis oil was extracted from galla chinensis powder by Soxhlet extraction method. The oil physicochemical properties were analyzed by chemical method and the fatty acid composition of galla chinensis oil were determined by Gas chromatography-Mass spectrometry (GC).The result indicated that the oil yield of Soxhlet extraction was 0.72% ; eight fatty acids were identified in the galla chinensis oil, the main content are lauric acid 37.4%, myristic acid 23.3%, palmitic acid 13.9%, linoleic acid 13.9%, linolenic acid 4.4%, oleic acid 3.9%, and stearic acid 2.2% et al.The result shows that galla chinensis oil is a fine medicinal plant oil.
