摘　　要：通过高等医学院校临床医学专业基础化学课程建设,完善教学基础条件,优化教师队伍结构,调整教学内容,进行教学方法与手段的改革与创新,达到提高教师队伍的整体素质和课堂教学质量,进而提高基础化学整体教学水平的目的,实现人才培养目标。The capacity of teachers and the quality of general chemistry teaching can be improved in clinic medicine speciality of medical colleges through the methods as constructing the course of general chemistry, completing teaching facilities, optimizing the component of teachers,adjusting the teaching contents and reforming the mode of teaching. The way is favorable for cultivating competent students.
