摘　　要：通过对精品课程产生的背景与内涵的回顾，阐述了精品课程建设的必要性，提出对精品课程建设的思考，并探讨了精品课程建设的制约因素及对策。This article reviews the background and connotation of excellent course, expounds the necessity of excellent course con- struction, and proposes some thoughts on excellent course construction. It then discusses factors restricting the construction and countermeasures.
