摘 要:通过以鹿茸血酒高(50ml/kg)、中(16.67ml/kg)、低(8.33ml/kg)剂量对昆明小鼠抗疲劳功能进行了实验研究,结果表明鹿茸血酒高剂量组与酒基对照组相比,负重游泳时间明显延长;运动后20min血乳酸消除幅度与血乳酸曲线下面积同酒基对照组相比,均大幅度降低;尿素含量明显下降;以上三个指标经方差分析均具显著性差异(p<0.05),而对体重与肝糖原无明显影响。说明鹿茸血酒具有较好的抗疲劳功能。Anti-fatigue effects of different doses ofpilos antler blood wine, high level (50 ml/kg bw), medium level (16.67ml/ kg bw) and low level (8.33 ml/kg bw) on Kunming mice were discussed. Results showed that compared with the control group of base liquor containing 20% alcohol, the time of mouse weight-loaded awimming of the high level group is longer, and after 20- min exercise, the content of the blood lactic acid and area below blood lactic acid curve are both decreased greatly, and the content of carbamide is reduced obviously. All the three indexes show significant differences between the control group and the high level group ofpilos antler blood wine (p 〈 0.05). However, the pilos antler blood wine does not obviously sffect body weight and glycogen. As a conclusion, it has goosd anti-fatigue effects.
