高校教育质量建设的若干思考

摘　　要：研究教育质量观、建设高校教育质量体系,是高校的关键课题。文章首先分析了质量的概念,然后提出教育质量概念应包含"符合性教育质量"和"适用性教育质量"的所有内涵,应由社会、学校和学生三者共同评价。认为我国应建立多元质量观,以及人才培养目标、师资队伍建设、教学条件建设与教学实施是高校质量建设的关键内容。Studying the view of education quality, building the system of education quality of colleges and universities, is a key topic of high school, This paper has analyzed the concept of quality at first, then put forward educate quality concept should include all contents of education quality of satisfying the requirements and education quality of applicability. The educate quality should be appraised together by the three of society, school and student. This paper has also pointed out our country should build up a diverse quality view. It has considered inside the high school, the training objective of talented person, the building of the ranks of teachers, and teaching condition, the implementing of teaching, is the key contents of the high school quality construction.
