摘 要:教学活动不仅需要教师具有教学理论智慧,更应具有教学实践智慧。教学实践智慧的形成是长期的、连续的、多因素共同作用的过程。师范教育阶段作为教师教育的"奠基"和"源头",对教师专业成长作用巨大。改革高师教育,加强师范生教学实践智慧的培育,是高师院校实现自身职能的需要,是促进中小学生智慧成长的需要,是师范生将来专业成长与发展的需要。Teaching activity requires that teachers have not only the wisdom of teaching theory, but also the wisdom of teaching practice. The formation of the wisdom of teaching practice is a long-term, continuous and multi-factors course. Normal education, as a "cornerstone" and "source" of teacher education, plays a great role in teachers' professional growth. Reforming normal education and strengthening cultivating teaching practice of wisdom is necessary to realize functions of normal education, to promote intellectual growth of primary and secondary school students, and to the normal education students' professional growth and development in the future.
