摘  要:目的研究不同阪崎肠杆菌菌株的生长特性和耐热耐酸碱性。方法采用光谱扫描仪培养22株阪崎肠杆菌,由扫描仪实时监测不同阪崎肠杆菌菌株生长特性;采用显色平板涂布方法观察高温和酸碱条件下阪崎肠杆菌存活情况。结果传统平板计数法和微孔板光谱扫描仪建立的阪崎肠杆菌生长曲线具有良好相关性(R2=0.92);22株阪崎肠杆菌经75℃处理2min后,尚有1株存活;经碱处理后(pH12.55)立即检测,所有菌株均已死亡;用酸处理1min后(pH1.18)检测,尚有2株存活。结论采用光谱扫描仪方法测定阪崎肠杆菌生长曲线方便快捷,不需要培养计数;不同的阪崎肠杆菌菌株具有不同的耐热、耐酸特性。Objective To study the characters of growth, anti-thermo, anti-acid and anti-alkaline of different Enterobacter sakazakii strains. Methods The growth character of 22 E. sakazakii strains were monitored by mieroplate luminometer. And the survival of the strains under high temperature, acid or alkaline environment was detected by plating method. Results The correlation between E. sakazakii counts by conventional plating and by microplate luminometer was very good(R^2 = 0.92). 22 strains were treated at 75 ℃ for 2 min, and only 1 strain was survival. 22 strains were all died immediately after treated on alkaline condition. Conclusion The microplate luminometer method in growth curves analysis of E. sakazakii strains was rapid and convenient. The differences of anti-thermal, anti-acid and anti-alkaline characters of different strains were observed by the method.
