摘 要:在教育技术学这样一个综合应用型专业,培养目标的确立受到许多因素的困扰。结合经济、文化、地缘特点,依据学科体系合理定位,实现人才的多元分流;制定具有实际操作性的人才培养方案,以便真正将其落实于课程教学、见习实习等后续环节;依据办学层次,在理论与技能之间找到一个合理平衡点,以突出各校专业特色。The orientation of cultivating objectives of the undergraduate of educational technology has been disturbed by many factors in such a comprehensive applying specialty as educational technology.On the basis of summing up our practical experiences and referring to others' theories,some new opinions have been proposed.First,we should realize manifold diversion by taking local economic,cultural,geographic features and reasonable directional choices into account,to really carry out the cultivating objectives in successive links such as curricula teaching,being on probation and practicing by designing a fully-operational developing plan.Second,we should find out a relatively reasonable equilibrium point between theory teaching and technical abilities in light of instructional levels in order to highlight characteristics of their specialty, and to promote their students' competitive force of employment.
