摘　　要：文章运用比较的方法,概括了苏霍姆林斯基的个性全面发展教育思想与我国素质教育在教育目的上的契合、在教育根本特性认识上的契合、在运用教育途径与手段上的契合,揭示了苏氏的"特长培养"、"个性差异教育"思想与模式对于我国素质教育改革向纵深推进的借鉴意义。This paper makes a comparison between Cyxomjnhcknn＇ s educational thought of personality overall development and China＇ s quality education and points the consilience in educational purposes; recognition of educational characteristics; educational methods and approaches. It is revealed that Cyxomjnhcknn＇ s thought and model of ＂speciality training＂ and ＂personality diversity education＂ are of reference significance to the further reform of China＇ s quality education.
