摘 要:在口腔颌面外科肿瘤学分论教学中,选择我院2002级八年制口腔医学专业学生尝试开展以问题为基础学习(problem—based learning,PBL)教学。课后进行问卷调查。调查结果显示,教师一致认为PBL教学能够更好地激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,有助于锻炼学生发现问题、解决问题的能力和语言表达能力,但会增加教学成本。100%的学生对PBL教学持肯定态度,认为可以增强自学能力;40%的学生认为PBL教学会增加学习负担,建议在部分课程中开展。总体来看,PBL教学取得了良好效果。实践证明,口腔颌面外科学中与临床直接相关、实践性强的内容适宜开展PBL教学,它有助于调动教师和学生的积极性,强化教学效果;同时,应该解决好PBL教学增加教学成本和学生学习负担的问题。A PBL trial on oral & maxillofacial tumor courses was conducted among 2002 dental students of our university. After class questionnaires were given to investigate the teachers' and students' opinion. It showed that the teachers and students exhibited great enthusiasm to the PBL and it was conductive to the development of students' self-directed learning skills and problem-solving skills. But the cost of PBL teaching and the learning burden of students would increase and need to pay attention to. So PBL is an effective teaching method with some advantages and should be used in the clinical teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
