摘  要:采用多种型号大孔吸附树脂对岗稔总黄酮进行吸附分离,筛选最佳树脂,考察其静态吸附曲线、动态吸附曲线和动态洗脱曲线,并考察pH、原液浓度对静态吸附的影响以及洗脱剂浓度对静态洗脱的影响。实验结果表明,HPD-700大孔吸附树脂对岗稔总黄酮具有良好的吸附分离作用。Total flavones from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa was separated with different types of macroporous resins and the static adsorption curve, dynamic adsorption curve, dynamic ehition curve of the resins were investigated. The effects of pH and concentration of leaching solution on static adsorption and the effect of concentration of ethanol solution on static elution were also studied. HPD-700 macroporous resins was shown to be the best one due to its high absorption and separation capabilities to total flavones from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa.
