农村初中英语教师工作效能感调查研究

摘　　要：教师的教学效能感是决定教师工作动机高低的关键因素,直接影响教师的教学意愿、教学行为以及学生的学习效果。本研究通过问卷调查,从与中学英语教师教学紧密相关的课堂管理、教材处理、教学技巧与策略的应用、师生家长的互动、教学效果评价、一般教学效能感六个方面分析性别、教龄、学校类型和职业态度对中学英语教师教学效能感的影响,探讨了提高农村初中英语教师个人教学效能感的途径。This paper has carried a questionnaire study on the efficacy influence of the work of the rural junior middle school teachers＇ instruction in such teaching-closely-related aspects as classroom management, teaching material management, teaching skills and strategies, interactions between teachers and parents, teaching evaluation, teaching efficacy, length of teaching service, types of sehool and career attitudes, of which measures to stimulate the efficacy are so discussed.
