摘 要:教师职前培养要开启和强化有关专业伦理教育的内容,从而有效提升师范生对专业伦理责任的认知,使其在日后的教育生活中坚守公正的教育立场,在法律和专业规范许可的范围内追求善的生活。这就要求教师职前教育要设置教师专业伦理课程,使其体现教师专业的特殊性与价值负载、做到与生活世界相关联,同时要提升专业教学质量,为师范生专业伦理素养的养成提供知识基础。The professional ethics education in teachers' pre-service training should be carried out and strengthened. And the responsibility of professional ethics should be enhanced effectively by the normal school students. Thus, they can hold a fair attitude in their future educational life, pursuing a good life under the legal and professional ethical norms. This requires for the following efforts to be made in the education of teachers' pre-service training: setting up professional ethics courses to strengthen the awareness of normal schoolstudents toward their own ethical responsibility; enhancing the professional knowledge of the students.
