摘　　要：通过对硕士研究生两年制和三年制学制的比较,文章总结出实施弹性学制是硕士研究生教育的改革之路。其具体路径是:强化质量观念,淡化年限意识;全面推行学分制;加强师资队伍建设,注重课程开发。Based on the comparative analysis of the two-year＇s postgraduate＇s education system and that of threeyear＇s, this paper summed up implementing the elastic system is the reform road of Chinese postgraduate＇s education. The specific paths are to strengthen the concept of quality, play down the sense of years; full implement the credit system; strengthen the construction of teacher ranks and curriculum development.
